Villa Feliz has been
tastefully converted into 6 self contained apartments which have been
successfully rented out to holidaymakers for a number of years.

owner has now decided to retire and offered the complex up for sale. The

The Villa
complex comprises two 2 bedroom apartments on the ground floor, each with two
bathrooms, spacious lounge/dining room and separate kitchen. Each has a small

Algarve, and is also close to Junction 1 of the new Lisbon/Algarve motorway.
Albufeira, the nearest coastal resort, is just 15/20 minutes away and Faro
Airport is a comfortable 30 minute drive.
As far as income is concerned,
renting out all 6 apartments could be expected to gross between 40 and 60,000
pounds a year, including a number of winter clients. |
