Villa Rosy is to be found on the edge
of small village of Porches, between Armacao de Pera and Carvoeiro and just a
few hundred metres from the nearest of the many beautiful sandy beaches along
this Algarve coast. Villa Rosy is a superb place for a large group or a family gathering. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus a double sofa bed in the smaller of the two lounges; lounge/diner; UK satellite TV; fully fitted kitchen; bbq; large, deep family swimming pool (16m x 8m) plus a children´s pool.There is an outside dining table and chairs, loungers, plenty of sun and plenty of shade! Large garden with grass and plenty of terraced areas as well. Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies, one being large and with a staircase to the roof terrace from which there are spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 - ground floor twins (1 ensuite). Bedroom 4 - first floor double bed with spacious balcony and en-suite. Bedroom 5 - first floor double bed with balcony and his and hers ensuite showers! The small lounge has a sofa which opens into a double bed enabling Villa Rosy to comfortably cater for 12 people. Bath 1 en-suite bath/shower. Bath 2 adjoining bed 3 - his and hers sinks. Bath 3 for use of bed 2 and/or if using overflow of second lounge. Bath 4 ensuite bath/shower. Bath 5 ensuite - his and her showers and sinks. New fully equipped kitchen with marble worktops including -dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker, oven and hobs with extractor. Large lounge with 2 patio doors overlooking the pool and side gardens - dining table and chairs for 10; 2 large sofas surround the 32inch LCD TV with sat and DVD player. There is a separate lounge that can be used as either a reading/play/bedroom. For those coming to stay here in the winter there is an enclosed log fire in the main lounge and an open fireplace in the smaller lounge. Free standing heaters are also provided. Large lounge with 2 patio doors overlooking the pool and side gardens - dining table and chairs for 10; 2 large sofas surround the 32inch LCD TV with sat and DVD player. There is a separate lounge that can be used as either a reading/play/bedroom. Maid service is provided once a week but if you'd like this service more often it can be arranged. All linen is provided as are towels, except that guests are asked to bring their own swimming and beach towels. |

| Going into the hills are the towns of Loulé,
Alte, Messines and
Silves, all of which are full of history and local charm. Just driving around
the hills offers ample opportunity to explore and appreciate the beauty of the
countryside and the gentle pace of life existing away from the hustle and
bustle of the coast and the tourist resorts. There are loads of great restaurants and cafes all around the hills providing iinexpensive food and wine. Not too far away is KrazyWorld - which boasts a great swimming pool with a couple of shallow pools for very small children, extremely krazy golf, a zoo, pony rides, a children's funfair and those really great trampolines where you bounce sky high but are safely harnessed. Aqualand (formerly The Big One) and Slide 'n Splash are also within very easy reach, as is Zoomarine which offers a spectacular day out - and of course the beach and sea and all the highlights of Albufeira! |
