Villa Olive is a superb, stylish, comfortable 4-bedroomed villa just 5 minutes from the beaches at Armacao de Pera and Senhora da Rocha, yet witin walking distance of local amenities.

The owners live in the villa whenever it is not rented so it is full of lovely little touches that you probably won´t see in any other villa.

Villa Olive has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and also has a cot, so can cater for 8 people plus a baby. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room downstairs and 1 of each upstairs.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a large shower/wc ensuite with a wonderful power shower.

There is another bathroom downstairs with a large jacuzzi bath and a separate shower - again a power shower.

Villa Olive has a great lounge complete with satellite TV. The villa has two satellite dishes and can provide freeview UK and German television.

At one end of the lounge there is a "snug" with a third sofa and another easy chair. At the top of the stairs there is yet another seating area, this time with a table - so there is plenty of room to sit and "lounge" around inside!

Outside the villa of course is a lovely swimming pool and plenty of tables, chairs and sun umbrellas around the house so you can chase the sun or, if it is too hot, the shade!

The villa does have air conditioning throughout but there is an additional charge for this. If required, this can be arranged either in advance or during your holiday.

All household linen is of course supplied and pool towels are also supplied. Maid service at this villa is 3 times a week.

We recommend car hire at this villa and can assist you in this if required.

The towns of Alte, Messines and Silves, all of which are full of history and local charm, are all within easy reach. Just driving around the hills offers ample opportunity to explore and appreciate the beauty of the countryside and the gentle pace of life existing away from the hustle and bustle of the coast and the tourist resorts.

There are loads of great restaurants and cafes all around the hills providing iinexpensive food and wine.

Not too far away is Krazy World - which boasts a great swimming pool with a couple of shallow pools for very small children, extremely krazy golf, a zoo, pony rides, a children's funfair and those really great trampolines where you bounce sky high but are safely harnessed.

There are also a number of water parks, popular ones include Aqualand just up the road at Porches, and Slide n' Splash at Lagoa/Carvoeiro.

Zoomarine at Albufeira is another superb day out - and it's here that you can swim with the dolphins!
