Casa dos Bons is a brand new (2004) 4-bedroomed villa just 5 minutes from Albufeira, with country views but within reach of all that Albufeira has to offer. This villa certainly offers the best of both worlds!

The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with full ensuite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms, again one with full ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has a floor standing fan.

Casa dos Bons has a third bathroom - this time with a jacuzzi bath!

The living area of this superb villa is open plan - kitchen with breakfast bar opening onto the dining room with an archway through to the living room, where there is satellite television (bring your own card for additional channels). There is also a stereo, dvd and video player provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The dining table is a most gorgeous glass and marble table seating 8 comfortably.

Outside Casa dos Bons are grass and patio areas, 8 sun loungers, barbecue, traditional seating with mosaic tiles plus a beautiful set of outside table and chairs plus sun umbrella. All this is around a pool which is complete with a dolphin emblazoned in the tiles!

Other features of this villa include a brick car port adjoining the villa, and the property is enclosed with fencing and walls, ensuring that you're not overlooked but the views of the countryside can still be enjoyed. The gates are electronically operated and have a separate "people" gate in the main "car" gates.

Casa dos Bons is one or two minutes' walk from the main road into Albufeira and the bus stop is on this corner. Although a car is recommended, this bus stop does of course mean it is possible to get into Albufeira and the beaches without your own transport.

There are two village shops within two or three minutes' walk of the villa, one in each direction, and the local cafe is just opposite the bus stop.

The towns of Alte, Messines and Silves, all of which are full of history and local charm, are all within easy reach. Just driving around the hills offers ample opportunity to explore and appreciate the beauty of the countryside and the gentle pace of life existing away from the hustle and bustle of the coast and the tourist resorts.

There are loads of great restaurants and cafes all around the hills providing iinexpensive food and wine.

Not too far away is KrazyWorld - which boasts a great swimming pool with a couple of shallow pools for very small children, extremely krazy golf, a zoo, pony rides, a children's funfair and those really great trampolines where you bounce sky high but are safely harnessed.

Aqualand (formerly The Big One) and Slide 'n Splash are also within easy reach, as is Zoomarine which offers a spectacular day out - and of course the beach and sea and all the highlights of the coastal towns!
